After you download like always install it first.
Download puyrruh.wav

Open the sound at audacity.

1 Step :
Go to top and find effect.
Choose Reverse.

2 step :
Again go to effect.
Choose Change Speed.
In value Percent Change put 300.00.
Click ok.
And play the song.

You should already can hear the sound clearly.
